How to read this list
Two ladders. Per-item prices for short lists, and the truck-fill ladder for whole rooms, garages and basements. You pay whichever is lower for your job.
The minimum visit is $75. If an item's listed price is below that, the minimum applies unless you pair it with something else.
Every price includes the truck, a two-person crew, the carry from wherever the item sits, loading, and disposal or recycling. There is no stair fee, no walk-up fee, no long-carry fee, no same-day or weekend surcharge, and no separate dump fee — which matters in a city where most pre-1960s houses keep the heavy things in a deep basement.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the full Indianapolis price list?
It covers everything commonly asked for. The two governing numbers are the $75 minimum visit and the truck-fill ladder from $241 for a quarter load to $732 for a full one. Anything not listed is quoted from the same published catalog before you book.
Are these prices the same across the metro?
Yes. A sofa is $126 in Broad Ripple, in Beech Grove and out in Plainfield. There is no travel or fuel surcharge for the townships or the doughnut counties.
Do prices change if the item is upstairs or in a basement?
No. There is no stair fee, walk-up fee or long-carry fee. That is deliberate — most Indianapolis houses built before the 1960s keep the laundry, the water heater and the freezer in a deep basement.
What if my item is cheaper than the minimum?
The $75 minimum applies. A $30 countertop microwave on its own bills at $75. Pair it with anything else and you are back to straight item pricing.
Is disposal included?
Yes, including refrigerant recovery on fridges, freezers and AC units, and recycling where it applies. Nothing is added after the job.
